SUMMARY

New variety of winter wheat created through crossing of Partizanka and Skopljanka. It was plannted under workin title Bl tested in the Federal Variety COmmision in the period 1994-1996, coded as 19, recognized in 1998. Variety Jelena has excelent technological quality - enhancer.

In addition to environmental and the technologies used, cultivars with a high genetic potential characteristics are factor of great significance the production of quality wheat.
